Is hemp-derived THC legal in my state?
Most likely, yes! Under federal law, hemp-derived THC products containing less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC are legal. However, due to certain state regulations, we cannot deliver to PA, UT, HI, IA, ID, LA, KS and Washington DC.
